Look on the internet, find out as much information about the company, their history, their services and mission statement. You must be clear in the type of work they do, who their clients are and the industries they operate in.

The next step in preparing is to have a look at your CV. With all consultancy jobs you need to be able to sell yourself. What can you offer to the company? How are you qualifications going to benefit the company? How will the corporate culture affect your working for them? How well can you adapt to this culture? Do you understand the industry they work in and how best do your qualifications match the services they provide? Can you contact or read up on client/staff feedback of the company? Give them a good idea what it would be like to work with you and what positives you can bring to the company.

A key candidate will have the following qualities;

2. Excellent organizational skills,
3. Good analytical judgment
4. Sound knowledge in marketing and business planning
5. Commercial knowledge and awareness
6. Excellent mathematical skills
7. Common sense - going beyond the job title
8. Motivation, determination and drive to achieve financial and business success
9. Good management, people and team working skills

If you are able to demonstrate this in the interview or provide examples of where these skills have been used to improve or change a company for the better, use this and do it with conviction. Finally practice the interview, in front of a mirror or with a friend. Make a plan of how you think the interview will be structured, typical questions you will be asked and questions you would like to ask about the company.

Some people were born already knowing what they would become when they grew up. We can interpret the word "unhappy" to mean absolutely not liking their job or just being okay with the job but not having much excitement in it. Whichever it is, the point is that 60% of United States workers are lacking spiritual satisfaction in their jobs.

How do we solve it then? The only way to get the satisfaction in your job is never stop looking until you find it. It may sound selfish and impractical, but it is the only way you can feed your soul instead of only feed your body with your paycheck every month. I do not suggest you to quit your daily job in an instance, but don't stop looking to find the job which you feel will bring joy to your life.

You will find books on how you can compromise with your condition right now, but I think those kinds of books are very limiting to our talent and ability. Explore your hobbies to find an activity which will lead you to your dream job.

Let me tell you a story that will inspire you in finding your dream job and never give up. I have a 40 years old friend who had been a medical sales representative for almost 20 years. At the age of 40, he finally decided to pursue his dream to be a surgeon. His friends and family told him that he was insane taking the decision. But he continued his plan and never looked back.

Ask yourself, if you saw a page that was cluttered and looked unprofessional, would you buy from them?

• Unique selling point: Chances are that the product you are promoting is being marketed by many others. Why should people buy from you? What do you need to clinch a sale? Maybe an eBook, video, discounts or more? If so, mention this on the landing page to entice potential buyers.

The key to making your landing page a success is to tweak it and split-test it over a period of time. You will not have the perfect landing page from the outset but you can minimise the number of errors.
